Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Darla is one of a litter of seven puppies whose mother was hit by a car and killed when they were only about four to five weeks old. She is the smallest but also the smartest of the group. We have no proof that she is pure Aussie but the litter contained three 'black and tans', one blue merle, one tri-color, one white with merle, one black with merle. Darla does well with several breeds and sizes of dogs and is cat friendly. She is almost 6 months old, is mostly house trained, crate trained to a large wire crate, does well indoors but really loves to run and play outside. She is a bit pushy, not abnormal for the 'runt' in a litter, but very affectionate and pleasant. As is common with Aussies, she is very energetic and fast and needs to be kept busy and challenged. Her brother, Wooly Bear, is also listed on this site. Most of their siblings were adopted in pairs, which works very well, especially if you do not have any other young dogs. Please contact me at 931-581-1990 or ksappington@cafes.net if you would like to meet Darla or get more information.
