Pixie is one-years old and has been with us since she was 6-months old. Poor Pixie has had too much stress and adversity in her short life. She was a stray outside while still a small kitten. Someone found her but didn't want a cat for a pet, so she was given to a family who had a cat and dog. Pixie lived there for 3 weeks but the family said having an extra pet proved to be too difficult.
Pixie has been with us since April 28th. Most of her life has been in a cage or small room. We tried our only available foster home and the cats there were picking on her. She LOVES to play. We bought her some toys and she immediately took notice. She loves string! How cheap and easy!
She also seems to like dogs. She will get along great with cats, however, as with all cats, that is if properly introduced. Please help us help Pixie.
She was living with children, a cat, and a small dog where she just came from. We think a house with smaller pets will be okay but with proper socialization. If you don't know how to bring a new cat into your home around other pets please ask us. We have plenty of information to assist you. Contact us would like to provide the loving home this poor kitty so desperately needs!
