Snuggles's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Snuggles is a gorgeous 18 month old mini poodle (with a tail).  He's on the larger side for a mini, about 20 lbs. and tall - he looks more like a small standard.  He is super sweet, very cuddly and loves everyone - that's how he got his name.  Snuggles would do well with an active family, he is very energetic and will need lots of exercise.  He doesn't do well with other male dogs but would love a female doggie companion.  Snuggles definitely needs obedience and socialization training, as he can be somewhat aggressive to other dogs while on a leash.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.  We require adopters to first fill out our adoption app online. You cannot proceed with the adoption without it. This application has been developed using over 25 years of experience. It helps the adopter and us to make only the beginning of a good match.

WE DO NOT ADOPT OUR DOGS TO HOMES WITH UNALTERED PETS...NO EXCEPTIONS! WHY?  CLICK ON SPAY/NEUTER ON THE LEFT HAND MENU.

In order to adopt one of these wonderful pups please see the side menu under adoption info.
