Roxy's Story...
Hi, my name is Roxy and my family just got a divorce; now I'm in foster care.! I am high energy, very affectionate, happy, housebroken, will respond to "sit", "dance" and I like to fetch. I'm good with kids (8 years and over) and other dogs and love to play. I love to play with my dog friends; no kitties as I will bark at them.

The former owner said Roxy is a Boxer/Lab mix. She is 33 lbs.; so we think perhaps she is Pug/Amer. Staffordshire Terrier or some other small breed, her behavior is very "Pug like". Whatever she is, she is super cute and adorable.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Roxy, a Bellingham Boxer/Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Pug for sale in Bellingham, or seeking a Boxer/Pug dog from a breeder in Bellingham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellingham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellingham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Pug breeders who help with Boxer/Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bellingham paves the way for another one to be saved.
