My name is Mrs Howl. I am a three year old Bichon. I was rescued from a very bad puppy mill. My feet were so splayed from standing on wire that when I was finally off the wire my paw pads bled for over two weeks. I am scared of new things but I am making progress each day. I am beautiful and scared. I will need to go to a home with a very patient woman. A woman who will hold me on her lap. Take me outside for nice walks.
