PUPPY MACK's Story...
Puppy Mack is a mix of Australian Shepherd and maybe some Australian Cattle Dog. Momma is a beautiful, sweet girl who is only 40 pounds and has been with the pups since birth, which we estimate to be around Feb. 14th ….Valentine’s Day. Mack is easy going, playful and super sweet. His nickname is "the Nubbster" because he has an adorable short tail. Mack weighs maybe 9 pounds at 10 weeks old. We project him to be around 40-50 pounds tops as an adult dog. Raised around young children and other adult dogs, this puppy will be a well-rounded family dog that will be comfortable as an inside pet and then secured in a fenced yard for safety as it grows up and has the freedom to exercise in a backyard. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. CONTACT US AT 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

PUPPY MACK, a Hagerstown Australian Shepherd puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd for sale in Hagerstown, or seeking a Australian Shepherd puppy from a breeder in Hagerstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hagerstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hagerstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hagerstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
