Taco's Story...
Taco is the cutest thing you can imagine. He has a set of ears that just makes you want to giggle and pick him up to snuggle. He is good with other dogs, but also likes to hang out by himself on the stoop when the others play, just chilling out. He is about 3 years old and 10 pounds, he will make a great dog for a senior or for a family. He loves to burrow down under the covers when he sleeps. This picture doesn't do him justice he is soooo cute. He is neutered and up to date on vax. An adoption fee of $150 is required which goes toward saving another dog in need. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Taco, a Columbia Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Columbia, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Columbia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Columbia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Columbia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Columbia paves the way for another one to be saved.
