Kira-urgent!'s Story...
Kira is the high-energy daughter of Molly who is also looking for a home. Kira loves to chase and retrieve her balls and toys. She had little to no training before she came to us and had a lot to learn and a lot of pent-up energy. She's grown to a sweet, loving, loyal dog who needs a strong, confident pet parent who will guide her and give plenty of exercise and lots of love. She is very, very affectionate and bonds deeply to friends. She likes older children and is dog selective. Although she has been fine with other female dogs she would be best as an only dog or with a compatible male companion of equal size.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kira-urgent!, a Sedona Newfoundland/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Newfoundland/Boxer for sale in Sedona, or seeking a Newfoundland/Boxer dog from a breeder in Sedona.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sedona already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sedona breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Newfoundland/Boxer breeders who help with Newfoundland/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sedona paves the way for another one to be saved.
