Jagger's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Jagger's Story...
Jagger's pictures don't do him justice, he is a very handsome boy. We can't decide if he is Sheltie or Shepherd crossed with Doxie. He is a small fur ball on short stumpy legs:-) whatever he is, he's adorable and at 15lbs only going to be a medium sized boy! He is fostered in a home with children, dogs and cats and gets along with everyone. Jagger is neutered and up to date on shots, his adoption fee is $200. Please contact us if you would like to meet Jagger.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jagger, a Seminole Sheltie, Shetland Sheepdog/Dachshund puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Sheltie, Shetland Sheepdog/Dachshund for sale in Seminole, or seeking a Sheltie, Shetland Sheepdog/Dachshund puppy from a breeder in Seminole.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seminole already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seminole breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Sheltie, Shetland Sheepdog/Dachshund breeders who help with Sheltie, Shetland Sheepdog/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seminole paves the way for another one to be saved.
