Speck's Story...
Meet Speck! This little chihuahua boy is 7 years old and full of life. He's great with dogs, kids and cats!

Speck is an exceptionally sweet dog - always trying to please. He is very good with basic commands - sit, stay, down. He is great with children, cats and other dogs. He LOVES riding in the car with his ears flapping in the wind.

He adores sleeping in the bed with his humans and being close by when possible, and he sleeps very well through the night. Speck is probably the quintessential lap dog. If he had his way he would sit on your lap all day long. Speck would make a great addition to a family who has lots of time to spend with him.

Would you like to give Speck his furever home? Let us know!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Speck, a Pitt Meadows Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Pitt Meadows, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Pitt Meadows.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pitt Meadows already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pitt Meadows breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pitt Meadows paves the way for another one to be saved.
