Coco Bean's Story...
Coco Bean is a sweet 7 year old lady who came to Pug Pals from a family who had adopted her when a neighbor had to move and couldn’t take her. Unfortunately their dog was very jealous of Coco and picked on her. They tried for a year hoping it would get better but it never did. Coco came in with a mass on her back that will soon be removed. It is nothing life threatening and she is otherwise a very healthy girl with beautiful teeth according to our vet. Once her surgery and recovery are complete she will be available for adoption. If you are interested in adopting little miss Coco Bean please go to our website, www.pugpals.org, and complete the Adoption Application (Forms & Info > Adoption Application).

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Coco Bean, a Eagle Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug for sale in Eagle, or seeking a Pug dog from a breeder in Eagle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Eagle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Eagle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug breeders who help with Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Eagle paves the way for another one to be saved.
