LuLu's Story...
LuLu is a 2yr old female ShihTzu. She was rescued from an animal shelter. Poor LuLu has had a rough life so far. When we first pulled her from the pound she was very weak in her hind end. She had no muscle mass. Upon inspection we discovered that her toenails had grown into the pad of her feet making it painful to walk. She also had hair loss because of a severe flea infestation. She is now on the road to recovery and would love a family who would never mistreat her again. LuLu lives to be a lap dog. If there is a free lap then she is in it. She has a wonderful personality and is going to be a perfect companion. She is fine with children and other animals. She is up to date on shots and wormed. She will be adopted on a spay/neuter contract. The adoption fee is $100. If interested in meeting this cutie, please email heritagefarms08@gmail.com or call the foster at 419-367-9636.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

LuLu, a Liberty Center Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu for sale in Liberty Center, or seeking a Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Liberty Center.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Liberty Center already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Liberty Center breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu breeders who help with Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Liberty Center paves the way for another one to be saved.
