MEET ARIEL!! She is a 1.5 yr old cutie!! She was rescue from Downey with her 4 sisters! These poor girl were so skinny and sick when we rescued them. We got them all healthy and now they are nearly ready for a loving home! She is a little shy at first, but when she warms up she is very sweet and loving! She is spayed, tested negative for HIV/Leukemia, flea-treated, dewormed, and double vaccinated. She is ready for a new home now.

Ariel's adoption fee is $60

The adoption fee is $60 for adults, $50 for seniors, $80 for one kitten and $140 for two! That includes: fixing, combo test, flea treatment, deworming, vaccinations and medications.

If you are interested in meeting these wonderful little guys, please go to www.luigisrescue.org and fill out the adoption application. Once it is reviewed we will be in contact to set up a time for you to meet all of the kittens! =)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ariel, a Simi Valley Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Simi Valley, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Simi Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Simi Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Simi Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Simi Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
