Jack's Story...
Jack was saved by our rescue group, from a shelter which euthanizes for space. He came to us scared and confused, but ready to settle into a new life. He has been a wonderful little exercise partner and loves to play with toys in his foster home. Jack is great with other dogs and cats. Small children under 10 make him nervous for some reason, so we will be looking for a home with adults only for Jack. He adores his long walks and hanging out on the back of the sofa while you watch TV, and loves (grown up) people. He is neutered, vaccinated, micro chipped and heartworm tested negative. Jack's adoption fee is $350. Please email Denise at rescuinganimals@gmail.com for an application today.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jack, a Federal Way Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Federal Way, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Federal Way.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Federal Way already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Federal Way breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Federal Way paves the way for another one to be saved.
