My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dylan is a wonderful mix of Terrier and Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen.
What a handsome boy! He is about 6 years old, weighs 30 lbs, and is a
sweet & loving fellow. He gets along great with other dogs and loves to
go on walks, but in his ideal world, he will be riding shotgun next to
you on the sofa (he is a proud couch potato!).

Dylan was adopted about 2 years ago but his family returned him because
they didn't know how to effectively housetrain him or work with his
severe separation anxiety that led to barking & having accidents inside
the home. As such, Dylan would be best in a home with a retired couple
or someone who works from home (or can take him along to the office!).
Whatever happened in Dylan's previous life, he's just terrified of being
left alone... poor guy just needs a family who adores him as much as he
will adore them, and who can provide him with a routine & consistency.

In all other ways, Dylan is a calm, handsome guy who is confident, not
fearful or aggressive in any way. He is great with dogs, cats, meeting
new people, and children- he's a FAMILY DOG through and through! He
knows some commands such as "Sit" and "Come".

Dylan asked us to share that he LOOOOOVES going on car rides, and being
a male model (he likes to admire himself in the mirror). He'll make a
wonderful addition to the right family!"
