Molly and George are sister and brother. Both love to cuddle with each other and in any available lap. Molly is very outgoing and will greet any newcomer immediately. George is very friendly but takes a bit of time to warm up to new people and become comfortable. They keep each other company when everyone is at work, school or other activities.

Both cats were fixed as kittens when we adopted them. George tends to keep a bit of distance from our two young boys, but Molly especially loves our youngest. Unfortunately, our youngest son has developed asthma and allergies, causing symptoms so severe that he has had to be treated in the hospital on more than one occasion and remains on medications now. This is the reason we need to find a new home for Molly and George. These kitties are bonded and need to go together.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Molly, a Vancouver Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
