Facts about Sampson

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: White (Mostly)
  • Age: Senior
  • Sex: Male
  • Hair: Short
Sampson is a big, handsome boy who loves treats! He was rescued from a vet clinic and brought to us in September 2004. Sampson was originally one of our “barn cats,” but in December of 2015 he moved into our cat cottage to get ready for adoption. Since it’s still pretty new for him, Sampson is a little timid and still learning to trust people. He loves to lounge around and mostly prefers to be admired from afar. When he does allow you to pet him, it’s a real joy. We estimate his birthday as August 1, 2004.

All of ours cats have been Feline leukemia and feline aids tested negative, spayed or neutered, vaccinated with FVRCP and FELV, rabies vaccinated, dewormed and microchipped. Sampson has an adoption fee that has been waived because Samson is over 3 years old.

The first step to adopting any feline is to fill out an application at http://acadianaanimalaid.org/adopt/cat-adoption/application/
