Here's what the humans have to say about me:
RICO, RICO SUAVE! Ok, maybe not so suave but I sure am stinking cute. With the short stature of a basset and the pittie face, I am pretty darn cute. I attach myself pretty quickly to people who show me love and patience. My birth date is 6/14/10 so next year I turn 4 years old. Nothing would please me more than to have a pool party because I love to play in the kiddie pool with my new family. Yea Pittie's get a bad wrap but I am here to show a different side. Sleeping next to my mommy or daddy or maybe right in the middle would suite me fine. Little humans don't understand my strength or my eagerness to play so I would prefer a home with no children or teenagers. Walking is what I live for! Even if it is just a trip around the block, I promise with patience I will show you what a good boy I can be. I can be a bit dog picky but you can ask my foster mommy about the type of dogs I like and don't like but one thing I do not like is Cats. They kinda freak me out. I weigh about 50lbs so even though I might try to sneak the lap, I know that I am just to big of a baby so a nice dog bed would suit me just fine. I would love to be able to roam a house and watch over it if you have to work. I will make sure none of those bad guys get in my house! I will devote myself to you and smoother you with kisses if only you can get passed the pittie mix thing. Did I mention I have an incredibly cute bark? I kinda sound like a seal!!
