Rusty's Story...
Rusty is a 2 year old love bug. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on his vaccinations. Rusty is housebroke, knows how to use a doggie door and walks beautifully on a leash. He's wonderful with other dogs. Haven't cat tested him yet. Rusty would do better in a house with older children. He gets nervous if handled too roughly. Rusty loves to play with toys and chase balls. Fetch and tug-o-war are definite favorites. At the end of a long day he's the perfect couch potato and wants nothing more that to curl up next to you. Rusty is a great dog and is a pleasure to foster, but nothing compares to a loving forever home. Please contact Dee at 702-287-6973. There is an adoption fee for Rusty.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rusty, a Las Vegas Chihuahua/Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Dachshund for sale in Las Vegas, or seeking a Chihuahua/Dachshund dog from a breeder in Las Vegas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Las Vegas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Las Vegas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Dachshund breeders who help with Chihuahua/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Las Vegas paves the way for another one to be saved.
