Daphne's Story...
Daphne is a lovely, affectionate chocolate girl who is about 2 or 3 years old. She is new to Lone Star, so we are still getting to know her. These are just preliminary pictures that do not do her pretty smile justice. Daphne has obviously been a dog that has lived outside and alone most of her life. Well, those days are OVER! She is quickly learning about the pleasures of being inside as part of the family, sleeping on a cushy bed, and getting spoiled rotten! She is taking to it quite well :-)

Daphne will be available for adoption at the beginning of May. Put in your application now to claim this "Lab-radorable" girl as your own!

If you are interested in providing a loving, forever home for Daphne, please complete our Adoption Application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daphne, a Coppell Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Coppell, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Coppell.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Coppell already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Coppell breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Coppell paves the way for another one to be saved.
