Volpino's Story...
Volpinos bio
He's 3 years old and a Brooklyn native. Super healthy, has been chipped and regular trips to the vet Volpino has evolved into a handsome and gentle lad.
Volpino has been raised in a loving family that has continued to grow.
Unfortunately the larger the family became the less comfortable Volpino has become in such a large household. Eve nthough he loves his siblings, he dreams of a simpler time when he was the only one.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Volpino, a Brooklyn American Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Shorthair for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a American Shorthair cat from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Shorthair breeders who help with American Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
