Angel's Story...
Angel is a super sweet little lady who has been with us for several years, as a resident pet. However, we figured, it is time for this sugarpie to find a real home, and a family to call her own. :)
She is used to the daily commotion of a noisy shelter, however she does typically lay low during the hustle and bustle of families coming and going- she's often been referred to our 'ghost kitty', due to her skittish nature. Maybe in a home with a more normal activity level, and just one family to keep track of, her personality will flesh out more?
If you are captivated by Angel's mysterious demeanor, please stop in to visit with and get to know her better! Maybe you will find she is the 'purr'fect companion for you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Angel, a Muskegon Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Muskegon, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Muskegon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Muskegon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Muskegon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Muskegon paves the way for another one to be saved.
