Please meet Sunshine. Sunshine is a 2-3 yo, 18 lb. Terrier mix who was rescued from a local shelter where she was brought in as a stray. We should have named her Happy because she is just happy, happy, happy. Sunshine is very playful, gets along well with other dogs, loves people, and likes to be the center of attention. She likes to play with toys and run circles playing. She is fine with cats and just ignores them. Sunshine is an energetic, exuberant dog who doesn't let anything get her down. Sunshine will make a great companion for a family who wants a fun, active little dog.

We are a RESCUE GROUP, not a shelter, and all of our animals are in foster homes. To start the adoption process, email us at adoptions@earstexas.org requesting an application. Submitting an application does not commit you in any way, but helps us make the best match between people and our available dogs.
All of the dogs in our program are inside dogs and are completely vetted including all vaccinations, spayed/neutered, free of internal parasites, microchipped, heartworm negative and on prevention before adoption. Our adoption process includes an application, check of vet records or personal references, interview, neutral site meet & greet with the dog and your family, and a home visit.
