Description: DLH Blue Point Himalayan Mix
**Front Declawed**
Gender: Male
Adoption Fee: $150.00

Hi there! My name is Marquee. I ended up lost from my home and was stuck outside freezing on a cold, rainy night. Luckily I came across my foster mom's house and she let me in where it was warm and dry. We tried to find my family but sadly we could not so I'm looking for a new home!

My foster mom says that I'm quite a stunner. I think that means I'm good looking. My favorite things are talking with you about your day and I have huge vocal range, curling up in your lap for a nap and cuddling with you at night. I am a really sweet boy. I get along okay with other calm and quiet cats like myself. I am scared of small children so I'm looking for a home with older children who have experience with a cat. I’d prefer a home without dogs. I'm very good about using the litter box.

Fully vetted: tested for FeLV/FIV (negative unless otherwise noted); treated for intestinal parasites, fleas, and ear mites; FVRCP+FeLV vaccinated (initial vaccination and booster); and rabies vaccinated; spayed/neutered; microchipped with Home Again microchips with rescue paid registration.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Marquee, a Apex Himalayan cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Himalayan for sale in Apex, or seeking a Himalayan cat from a breeder in Apex.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Apex already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Apex breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Himalayan breeders who help with Himalayan rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Apex paves the way for another one to be saved.
