Lemon Pepper's Story...
Hallo everyone in sunny Arizona! My name is Lemon Pepper and I'm 7 years old. Did you know that Pfeffer is how you translate Pepper in German? Kinda of a cool way to say my name in an alternate universe way. Anyway, I'm just an easy-going Lemony Beagle that just likes chillin' and hanging out with the family. Can I melt your heart in person? Just make an appointment -- e-mail the fine folks at AZBR and we can meet for a fun date at your convenience. I really would love a new forever home where I can hang out with you but I would prefer one without young kids, though, as I can be a little protective about my food. (did I mention I am a counter surfer? Last time I scored a lemon pie!) Hope to see you soon!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lemon Pepper, a Phoenix Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
