Buddy's Story...
I could not have asked for a better name. Hi, I’m Buddy and I know we could be best friends. If you come visit me, I think you might decide I’m the most perfect cat ever! Let’s list off some of my wonderful qualities.

First off, you’ll notice that I’m quite handsome, with tufted ears and a big fluffy tail. That’s the Maine Coon in me. My fur is the perfect length. Not too short and not too long. So if you don’t have a lot of time to spend brushing me, even though I love being brushed, that’s ok. As long as we keep my tail nice and fluffy, I can take care of the rest.

You might also enjoy the fact that my front paws are declawed. I know some people are concerned that a cat might scratch up their furniture, but now you know I am worry-free. And unlike some declawed cats, I am not mouthy. In fact, I have a typical Maine Coon personality, which means I am intelligent, gentle and easy going. I’ve lived with children in the past, and I’d be happy to have a home with children again. I get along with other cats, and I might even do well with a friendly dog. Of course, I’d be fine in a home with just the two of us too. See how easy going I am?

The staff here at MaxFund said I have a vaccination reaction. I’m not quite sure what that means, but they can tell you all about it.

I think everyone needs a buddy like me in their life; someone who can comfort you and who will be loyal to you and love you. Sounds pretty nice, right? So what are you waiting for! Come visit me and let’s see if we can be best buds forever!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buddy, a Denver Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Denver, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
