JILLY IS IN CT AND PRE-APPROVED ADOPTERS CAN MEET HER BY APPOINTMENT. If you're looking for hyper, you'll have to look elsewhere because this girl's motto is "Chill". Jilly is one of those special puppies: an "old soul" - - very tolerant and relaxed. She is smart as they come and as sweet as they come (you can see for yourself how adorable she is!!). Jilly gets along beautifully with dogs of every age, shape and size, and she is so great with people -- loving, affectionate and kind. She is very well-mannered in her foster home -- low-maintenance (for a puppy, that is!!) and extremely easy to have around. Jilly was born to an exceptionally sweet Rotti mom who is about 100+ pounds (we think the daddy was a Labrador Retriever in the neighborhood) but we just call her a "Little Black Teddy Bear" because it suits her perfectly!! Jilly was born on March 15, making her about 12 weeks old. She is absolutely adorable, and she is a healthy girl.
