Dori & Darla are adorable balls of fluff & everything you could want in a kitten...cute, playful, affectionate! They love to climb their cat tree, purring with delight! Available as a PAIR only to a stable home who is willing to commit to a lifetime of love and good care. Just 6-7 weeks old, (at the time of this posting), these sisters will be available for adoption in mid-May once they've had their first series of vaccinations and deworming. They will require additional vaccinations and spay surgery when old enough (adopters responsibilty). Accepting applications now! Meet them in their Annandale, VA. foster home. Posted 5/5/13

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dori & Darla (Kitten Cuteness), a Arlington Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Arlington, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Arlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Arlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Arlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Arlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
