Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello friends! My name is Quincy! I was found wandering down the train tracks in a little town on the border of Oklahoma and Arkansas. Luckily the nice man who found me had some beef jerky in his truck for me to eat. I am a tri-colored Beagle who loves to run and play. I am about 4 months old. I believe I am as big as I am going to get. I will just fill out a little more. I look good. My partner that I play with, his name is Briar. He is a lot of fun. My foster mom says I am very photogenic, as you can see from my pictures. If you would like to meet me, please fill out the application. I look forward to meeting you and finding my forever home! :)
