Missy's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, in need of an experienced adopter, good with kids, and not good with dogs.

Missy's Story...
Missy is a sweet and laid back American Pit Bull Terrier mix. She is a little shy when she meets new people, but she does warm up in a few minutes. Missy knows several commands and is also housetrained. Her previous owners stated that she was great around children. She would do wonderfully in a quiet environment. She enjoys going for her daily walks and being cuddled up next to you on our cold Wyoming spring days. Missy is very picky of her dog friends, so it would be best if she was the only pet in the household. This sweet girl also has separation anxiety, so she will need to be kenneled when left alone. Overall, Missy is a sweet girl who just wishes to find her forever home. Could you please give her a chance?

Adoption Fee: $95.00

All adoptions include the following: spay or neuter surgery, 24HourPetWatch microchip with free year of registration, free vet exam voucher for any participating Cheyenne clinics, 30 day free 24HourPetWatch pet insurance

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Missy, a Cheyenne American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Cheyenne, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Cheyenne.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cheyenne already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cheyenne breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cheyenne paves the way for another one to be saved.
