Angel's Story...
Angel is a truely sweet cat and only 9 months old. She is a very calm, gentle and loving girl who needs a home without lots of kids running around. She was rescued from a hoarder and likes it quiet. Although shy with strangers, she is quite playful and loves to lounge in your lap. She will purr, purr, purr when you hold her. If you're looking for a serene, calm, quiet friend to lounge with then Angel is your girl. She is spayed, up to date on all her shots, and healthy. Please come meet her...I know you'll fall in love like we have. Call Cindy at TOMcat Animal Rescue at 860-276-8564,

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Angel, a Southington Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Southington, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Southington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Southington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Southington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Southington paves the way for another one to be saved.
