Bess's Story...
Hi my name is Bess! I am a one year old female Lab mix. HNH rescued me from a high kill shelter. I get along with some dogs and men. I am crate/house trained and enjoy chew toys. I am not a good fit for anyone with small children. I am good with older children and I LOVE the water so if you have a pool or want a friend to take hiking or to the beach I am your Pup! Please fill out an application at www.hopenheroes.com. I am currently being fostered in Reseda, CA. Adoption/Donation fee of $100.00 and home inspection are required. You can also email Lorna@hopenheroes.com or Tamara@hopenheroes.com for more information. *NOTE* Bess is very protective of her people, she will need an expierenced dog handler and she will be best suited with a female owner.

About Hope n' Heroes

About Our Rescue Group...

Hope n' Heroes started as an organization to help network the animals in need, through this process we started pulling dogs to safety one or two at a time, vetting them and finding them there forever homes. Due to the demand of dogs ending up in High Kill Shelters we have expanded, we have a great group of fosters, volunteers and vet's that work with us. We started doing adoption events this year and fundraisers we are looking forward to continuing our growing process. Our 501c3 paperwork is being finalized and will be submitted for approval soon.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Camp Run-A-Mutt 945 W. 190th Street, Gardena, CA 90248
Sunday May 04, 2014 from 10am to 3pm

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption process begins with a phone interview followed by an application. After the application is received back ground checks are performed calling vet that is listed on the application and references. Once application is approved we than schedule a meet and greet, after the meet and greet is done a home inspection is required. Once the final home inspection is passed we than have an adoption contract that is completed. We do not do out of state adoptions.
