My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This precious senior girl is Piper, and she is 7 years old. Piper came to us from a high kill shelter where she was dropped off with her puppies. All of her babies have gone home, but Piper is still patiently waiting for her family. Piper lived in a foster home for a year and a half and they wanted to make her a part of their family. Sadly, they were forced to move and her life was turned upside down. Recently, she was returned to our rescue and due to not having any open foster homes, Piper is living in boarding. This breaks our hearts, because she needs to be resting on a soft bed and snuggling with her family. Piper is a kind girl that is great with kids and she loves them dearly. Piper has lived with dogs before and is good with most dogs as long as they're males. She has been through a lot and we long for the day we can watch her drive home with her new family. She deserves a family that will love and care for her for the rest of her life.
