BELLE is such a darling little dog! How someone could cast her away like a piece of trash is beyond me?

Here is a note from her foster Mom in New Port Richie -

Fostering BELLE is such a pleasure; she is truly a gem.
Her personality has come from a frightened, shy dog, to one who is
a happy, very responsive and more confident little girl in a very short time.
She's gained a little weight; still just under 20 pounds.
She has NEVER had any accidents in our house; not once. I took her
outside frequently the first day, then she quickly learned to go to the
door when she wanted to go potty.
BELLE barks when appropriate; stops when I assure her "enough". I wish
my own dogs were so well behaved.
BELLE plays often with one of ours. She is gentle in her play.
She has managed to claim one of our recliners, which is fine with us.
My wish for BELLE is someone to love her and enjoy her as we do. She
so deserves a loving home for her life.
BELLE is up to date with monthly flea and heartworm treatments.
She is ready for her forever home!
