Addison's Story...
Addison is a tiny little girl with a lot of spunk! She is a little Chipit, Chi/Pit mix which means she will stay tiny (under 30lbs). She is weighing in at 16 lbs right now at 6 months old and loving life with the big dogs. She is a happy girl who is crate trained, leash trained and is potty trained (only two accidents lately!!). She is ready to start her new life and has lots of love to give. Her perfect home would have kids, dogs and toys as she loves all three!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Addison, a Chicago American Staffordshire Terrier/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier/Chihuahua for sale in Chicago, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier/Chihuahua breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
