Sebastian's Story...
Sebastian is named for Sebastian Janikowski of the Oakland Raiders, because this boy's a tank! Sebastian saved his own life in the Stockton, California pound by coming to the front of his kennel and sitting so nicely and quietly that he caught my attention. He weighs in around 75 pounds and needs an experienced person to work with him on NOT pulling their arm off on walks! Sebastian is a smart, happy-go-lucky, adventurous 4 year old who has been stuck in boarding too long and needs a loving home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sebastian, a Valley Springs American Pit Bull Terrier/Bullmastiff dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier/Bullmastiff for sale in Valley Springs, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier/Bullmastiff dog from a breeder in Valley Springs.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Valley Springs already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Valley Springs breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier/Bullmastiff breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier/Bullmastiff rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Valley Springs paves the way for another one to be saved.
