My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mike is a handsome red merle Australian Shepherd born in October 2008 who finds himself in need of a new home due to changes at home that left no time for him. Aussies are an active breed that require lots of exercise and stimulation and Mike is no exception. An intelligent boy, he participated in formal training as a pup and would love to continue, perhaps even take up agility or other organized doggie sport. Mike is housetrained and can be left free in the house when nobody is home. He currently weighs in at about 65 pounds as a result of his less active lifestyle and needs to lose a bit. Mike does not seem fond of the unpredictable movement of toddlers, so would do best in a home with older children or just adults. If you are familiar with the needs of this breed, Mike is ready to start his new life with you.

All Kiko dogs have been examined by a veterinarian, vaccinated, dewormed, tested for heartworm, sterilized, and require an adoption fee of $400 ($275 for senior dogs and $125 for cats) and an adoption contract.
