Hey there! My name is Rascal & I am a 3 yr. old beagle boy. I did not have a good life prior to coming to Rescue; I lived down South and was kept in a pen where no one paid attention to me. Even though this wasn’t an ideal situation for me, I haven’t let it bring me down. In fact, I think that I am a very sweet boy! I love people and I am eager to please! I only weigh 22 lbs., but should weigh at least 27 lbs. Penny Angels is feeding me very well, and hopefully I will be a little fatter when you see me. If you want a loving boy and you are good at fattening up a skinny beagle, please consider adding me to your family!!
