Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is pretty boy Herschel. Herschel was surrendered to a shelter by his owner because his owner did not have the time to spend with him. He is a great boy and loves everyone he meets. Herschel is gorgeous, has an outstanding personality and is about 1+ years old weighing in at 65 lbs. He gets along great with other dogs and likes to run and play with them and would be considered medium energy. Herschel will get excited and jump up so he does need to work a bit on his manners, but he is a smart boy and learns the ropes quickly. He takes treats very nicely and is treat motivated making training very easy. Herschel is house trained and crate trained. He is a big love and likes to get hugs and loves getting his ears and neck scratched. Herschel would love to have a family of his own who would take the time for him and he would definitely make a great addition to most any home. He can be cat tested if necessary. Herschel is neutered, heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations including rabies and micro-chipped. He is also on flea and tick preventative and heartworm preventative. If you would be interested in hearing more about Herschel and how he could become a member of your family, please indicate him in the notes section of the online application
