Molly's Story...
Molly is a sweet, 6-year-old female golden retriever mix. She is 35 pounds and 20” tall. Molly is loved by her current family, but they cannot give her the attention that she needs and they believe she will be happier in a new home. Molly is spayed and up to date on her shots. She is also housetrained. She will do her business outside, but then she wants to come right back in so she can be wherever the action is in the house. She is great with kids and playful with other dogs. Molly is a lovable, cuddly, and energetic girl who loves to go on walks. This is a courtesy listing, so Molly will not be at the adoption stand. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Molly, a Richmond Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever for sale in Richmond, or seeking a Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
