Coffee's Story...
Who needs coffee in the morning when you have an adorable kitten?! You will be so excited to wake up and play with sweet Coffee that your cup of Joe will take a sideline. Coffee is a 5 week old orange and cream tabby and she loves to play and romp and cuddle. She and her siblings were born inside and socialized from the time they were itty bitty so they love all people and animals. She just wants to be near you and to jump into your lap for naptime and play. She will be ready to go to a new home in a couple of weeks and will need to go home with another kitten or to a household with another cat or a dog.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Coffee, a Brooklyn Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
