My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Buster is listed as a German Shepherd/Mountain Cur mix. That is debatable. What's not debatable is that Buster is a great family pet. He likes kids but is not a dog lover. That's one of the reasons the staff decided to send him to prison. It's not known if he likes cats. Buster knows basic commands such as sit and stay and can give high 5's. He also loves baths. One other thing you should know about Buster is that he chases small animals such as chipmunks, squirrels and rabbits. It will be a lucky family that adopts this sweet boy.

BUSTER HAS BEEN SELECTED TO BE ONE OF OUR PRISON DOGS. HE WILL SPEND 8-12 WEEKS TRAINING IN OBEDIENCE, BASIC COMMANDS, MANNERS AND PROPER LEASH WALKING AT THE GRAFTON CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION. HE STARTED HIS TRAINING AT THE PRISON ON JUNE 10, 2013. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ADOPTING BUSTER, ADOPTION APPLICATIONS ARE NOW BEING ACCEPTED. THEY CAN BE DOWNLOADED AT www.friendshipapl.org, BUT MUST BE HAND DELIVERED TO THE SHELTER. ANY QUESTIONS CALL 440-322-4321. A LIMITED AMOUNT OF ADOPTION APPS WILL BE TAKEN ON EACH PRISON DOG.
