Cody's Story...
Hi - My name is Cody and I'm an active, fun-loving puppy. I'm 15 weeks old now and was surrendered, along with my mom and siblings, when I was just 3 days old. I was raised with my mom, a Finnish Spitz/Alaskan Husky mix, and my foster mom. We've all had excellent care and nutrition from the day we were surrendered, so we're very healthy, well-socialized puppies. I'm a bit more shy than my litter-mates, but I love to play and run around. I'd love to live with someone active and fun-loving, but I like to be cuddled, too. If you'd like to learn more about me, please contact my foster mom, Cathy, at (619) 822-1577 or email her at catherine888@mac.com. Thank you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cody, a Chula Vista Beagle/Finnish Spitz puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Finnish Spitz for sale in Chula Vista, or seeking a Beagle/Finnish Spitz puppy from a breeder in Chula Vista.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chula Vista already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chula Vista breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Finnish Spitz breeders who help with Beagle/Finnish Spitz rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chula Vista paves the way for another one to be saved.
