Jaxson (courtesy post)'s Story...
Jaxson is the perfect dog. Still young yet trained and well behaved. He is a 6 yearr old, male, shiny coat, black lab mix looking for a new home. Great with other dogs, kids, people. He loves walks or just lounging with people. Enjoys swimming, tug of war (his favorite) and fetch (especially in the pool!). He's been neutered and current on shots and healthy. He is house broken, knows commands and loves to please. he's not a jumper or a barker, possibly one of the best dogs you'll ever own. He is micro chipped.

Inside the house, he is pretty lazy. He knows basic commands and does well in knowing his boundaries. He'll make a great family dog! What about your family; want to meet this great guy?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jaxson (courtesy post), a Scottsdale Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
