JACK's Story...
Jack is a 10 pound bundle of engery! This little 8 yr old senior Jack Russell Terrier isn't ready to slow down yet. He LOVES to play ball, including jumping in the pool to get it, & he's a great hiking/ running/walking/jogging buddy. He's housetrained, uses a doggie door, & is crate trained. He rides well in the car, in or out of a crate. Jack also loves quiet, cuddle time with his favorite people, including kids. He is very gentle when taking treats, or waiting to have his ball thrown. Jack MUST be an ONLY pet, as he is aggressive with other animals. He will need a securely fenced yard, an owner with previous dog experience is helpful. Jack's $100 adoption fee includes neuter, current vaccinations, heartworm & fecal tests, microchip ID, & a recent dental cleaning. He is ready, willing, & eager to start a new adventure!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

JACK, a Phoenix Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
