PAIGE's Story...
If interested in meeting PAIGE please email liz@startrescue.org

PAIGE was dumped by her owners... She was seen running after them and was almost hit by a car. PAIGE was caught and was taken to the vet to check for a chip... There was none. She is very sweet, she sits, waits, loves to play catch and returns the ball... She is great with adults and kids. She is not bothered by cats but is a little baffled by the pot belly pig. PAIGE need just a little work with other dogs... She is about 11mo old and weighs around 60 lbs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

PAIGE, a Valley Village American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Valley Village, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Valley Village.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Valley Village already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Valley Village breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Valley Village paves the way for another one to be saved.
