I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.
This extremely beautiful girl is Truffle. She's very energetic & playful, fun to be around and has a charming way of looking at you with her ears perked up and her head tilted that will melt your heart. Truffle is microchipped, on heartworm preventative and flea & tick protection and is housetrained & crate trained. She's a good girl in the crate and likes sleeping in there. This sweet beauty gets along nicely with dogs and really likes being around them. She recently attended a few adoption events and behaved very well. She enjoyed meeting people and had a wonderful time playing with the other dogs. This beautiful girl has been great with children of all ages, recently meeting a 1 year old boy who she approached slowly & calmly, then laid on her side, letting him pet her. We think it's best if children are properly introduced to her because she might get excited and accidentally knock a child over. Truffle has a high energy level and requires a proper amount of daily exercise to burn off her energy. It also helps keep her happy, healthy and calm. After receiving her daily exercise, she's very sweet and laid-back. That's the best time to snuggle with her and if you invite her into your lap, she'll immediately oblige. She's an affectionate girl and likes to lay her head on her foster dad's leg or snuggle in his lap. She loves it when he lays down on the floor next to her and she'll roll all over him. Truffle is a smart girl who listens very well and is a quick study. She's been very respectful with her foster dad and pays attention when he talks to her. She didn't know any commands when she went to her foster home and now she knows how to sit, stay, shake and come. She won't bolt out of an open door unless invited or told to come. Before she can eat, she knows to sit down, be calm and give eye contact. She's also becoming very good at learning to be in a calm & submissive state when requested. She loves to play and is very happy when you play with her and no matter how excited she gets, she'll stop and calm down if requested. Her favorite toy is a tennis ball, which she loves to chase after. Truffle likes being outdoors, enjoys going for walks and is excellent on the leash when the pace is enough to challenge her. She's less distracted, doesn't try to walk ahead and isn't influenced by distractions, such as loud noises or other animals, once the pace is increased to a trot. No matter what the pace, she pays attention and will stop when her foster dad stops. Bicycle riders will be very happy to know that she'll follow along next to a bicycle and will not pull or do anything to cause the cyclist to fall or crash. Truffle will make an excellent pet for an active/high energy family, couple or single person. She's looking forward to finding her forever home and showing off all the good behaviors & new commands she's learning. Do you have room in your heart & home for this gorgeous, playful girl?
