Cassidy's Story...
Are you looking for the sweetest cat ever? Well, you found her! Cassidy is so loving - she has even adopted some of her foster kitties, who were not her own, and treat them as if they were her own babies! She is a complete doll who deserves the BEST home.

This beautiful girl has a mild case cerebellar hypoplasia. She doesn't require any medicine or special treatment - she just has a little head tilt. She is very sweet and LOVES a good head scratch She is also quite the talker!

When she came to us, she was terrified and hid a lot. But she has really become a new cat in just a few days - she will meow at you if you've left her alone too long, and is starting to become interested in human laps :) She loves to sit in windowsills and is interested in her foster sisters (but her foster sisters aren't as interested in her). She would really be a fabulous cat for someone who wants a companion and will allow her some time to warm up to them - it would be SO worth the wait!

She is a real gem - and will be a wonderful addition to your family! She is spayed and up to date on vaccines. Her adoption fee is $150.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cassidy, a Baltimore Russian Blue cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Russian Blue for sale in Baltimore, or seeking a Russian Blue cat from a breeder in Baltimore.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Baltimore already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Baltimore breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Russian Blue breeders who help with Russian Blue rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Baltimore paves the way for another one to be saved.
