This incredibly handsome boy is Deuce, an 8 to 10 month old Great Dane/Pit pup that came to us with such a convoluted story. The short version of the story is that young Deuce was passed around from place to place several times already when people decided that they didn't want him, so we have vowed to Deuce that we will now find him the forever home that he is dreaming of, and that he deserves. Deuce is a large, strong boy, but so very sweet and gentle. Even though he's a big boy, he doesn't know that, and acts as if he's a tiny, shy puppy sometimes. Deuce is a bit shy upon meeting new people but warms up very quickly to everyone, and never met someone he didn't like. Deuce is a curious pup that loves to check things out while out for a walk, and every new tree or bush seems to be a new discovery for him! Although Deuce's tail never stops wagging while he's in our exercise yard, it seems no one ever played with toys with him, so he doesn't quite know what to make of them yet. Deuce seems to like other dogs, and he's had some training too. Our sweet Deuce is waiting for his life to begin....maybe you'll be that forever friend that he's been hoping for! 5/8/13 File#22426
