|Breed:||Labrador Retriever Mix||Color:||Tan/Yellow/Fawn||Age:||Young|

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Yogi is one awesome pooch!! Yogi was brought into a high kill shelter in Louisiana as a stray. No owner came forward and he found himself on the euthanasia list on his 8th day at the pound. Luckily he was rescued instead by a local LA group, PAWS of NE LA and is now looking for a northern home thanks to their great partnership with Bonnie Blue Rescue!
Yogi is a Yellow Lab mix with no tail! We are not sure if his tail was docked, amputated or he was born without one but Yogi doesn't even have a nub. It doesn't keep him from showing his love for people and he wags his entire body when he gets excited! Yogi is approximately 3 years old and weighs in at 60#. He gets along well with other dogs and is fostered with a human 3 year old kiddo who adores him. His foster family has only great things to say about this handsome boy. Yogi is housetrained, crate trained, and knows how to sit. He walks nicely on leash and loves going for rides in the car. He has buddied up with his foster dad and enjoys going on special outings with him. Yogi is happy and confident in new places and doesn't even mind going to the vet! Yogi is neutered, microchipped and current on vaccinations. He did test positive for heartworm but is breezing through treatment and should be heartworm free and ready to transport home in June. Hurry and apply for this special fella today.
Pleas email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in adopting Yogi! Our adoption fee is $300. $75 of the adoption fee is refundable if proof of obedience class is demonstrated within 3 months of adoption. Each of our pups goes to their forever family up to date on vaccines, spayed/neutered & microchipped.

Rescue Group Info...
Bonnie Blue's main goal is to save unwanted and "left behind" dogs from kill shelters and place them into loving, forever homes. "Owner surrenders" are also accepted at Bonnie Blue, where we will rehabilitate and rehome many different breeds. Once a dog comes into our rescue, he or she will stay with us until we can find the perfect family. We screen our adopters thoroughly to ensure they have only the best intentions in adopting a new member to their family.
Bonnie Blue also networks with other rescues and shelters to help save even more animals from a cruel fate.
Our adoption fee is $300 unless otherwise noted. $75 of this adoption fee will be refunded if proof of enrollment in obedience class is shown to the rescue within 30 days of adoption. We HIGHLY encourage our adopters to go ahead and sign their new pups up for obedience classes.
Our adoption process begins with a returned adoption application. Once turned back in, it generally takes 48-72 hours for us to thoroughly check the applications. If approved, we will contact you to schedule a home visit and (if a local adoption) will try to arrange it so that we can bring the pup that you are interested in adopting with us. Provided the home visit goes well, you are considered for adoption.
Please note that our adoptions are not "first come, first served". We are diligent about making sure that we find the right family for each of our foster pups. Just because you are approved to adopt does not mean that the pup that you initially applied to adopt is the best fit for your family. We will work with you to make sure that you find the perfect forever pet.
